A new bill devised by the Colorado legislation could mean higher costs for both health insurance and auto insurance. Carole Walker who works for Rocky Mountain Insurance Association states that this bill eliminates the right of the insurers to get reimbursement for the privileges and benefits which they have already paid on behalf of their customers. Once this bill comes into effect, you would be the one who needs to pay for the court costs, litigation and also you need to pay the trail lawyer you hired up to forty percent of the settlement which you receive if you win your case.
